SHIPPING POLICY – SHOP ITEMS ONLY

This policy applies only to standard items purchased through www.simartech.com checkout, including, but not limited to MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, and accessories.
Made-to-Order Products like Electrical Panels, Precast Concrete, Sheet Metal Components, storage rack solutions, medical lab items, e-house and wooden items are NOT covered by this policy. Delivery terms for those are stated in your quotation/Proforma Invoice.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 7-14 business days after payment confirmation via Razorpay.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME
We ship via Shiprocket using reputed couriers.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery pincode.
Live rates are fetched from Shiprocket. We do not add hidden markups.
5. ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number may or may not be sent via email + SMS once shipped. Track at: shiprocket.in/shipment-tracking
For delays, contact contact@simartech.com with Order # and AWB number.
6. RISK & TITLE TRANSFER
Risk of loss and title for shop items pass to you upon our delivery to the courier. We are not liable for damage/loss once handed to Shiprocket courier.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
A. Failed Delivery: If courier attempts delivery 3 times and fails, parcel will be RTO (Return to Origin). RTO charges will be deducted from refund.
B. Damaged Package: Do NOT accept delivery if box is visibly tampered/open. Take photos and write “Received in damaged condition” on POD. Email us within 24 hours with photos.
C. Missing Items: Report within 24hours of delivery with unboxing video.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
We ship to exact address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays/non-delivery due to incorrect address, incomplete landmark, or unreachable phone number. Address change after dispatch is not possible.
9. HIGH-VALUE SHIPMENTS
Orders above ₹50,000 may require OTP verification or ID proof at delivery per courier policy. Signature required.
