CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies only to standard electrical items purchased through www.simartech.com checkout, including but not limited to ABB MCCB, MCB, contactors, relays, and accessories.
This does NOT apply to Made-to-Order Electrical Panels, Precast Concrete, or Sheet Metal Components. Those are governed by Terms in your Proforma Invoice.
- CANCELLATION WINDOW
Orders for shop items CANNOT be cancelled once payment is successful, and order status changes to “Processing” or “Confirmed”.
- BEFORE SHIPMENT
If you request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing order AND shipment is not yet created in Shiprocket, we may cancel at our sole discretion.
Email support@simartech.com immediately with Order # and “URGENT CANCELLATION REQUEST”.
If AWB/Tracking ID is already generated, cancellation is not possible. You must use Return Policy instead.
- AFTER SHIPMENT
Once AWB is generated or courier has picked up the parcel, cancellation is NOT possible under any circumstance.
You must use our Return Policy after receiving the item.
- EXCEPTIONS
We will cancel and issue full refund only if:
a) Item is Out of Stock after your payment – rare but may occur due to inventory sync delay
b) Pricing Error – item was listed at incorrect price due to technical error
c) We are unable to ship to your pincode
In these cases, you will be notified within 48 hours and refunded in full within 5-7 business days.
- HOW TO REQUEST
Do not use website chat for urgent cancellations. Email support@simartech.com OR call +91-[phone] Mon-Sat 10AM-6PM IST with Order #.
If we approve, a refund will be issued to the original payment method in 5-7 business days.
- CHARGEBACKS
Initiating a chargeback instead of using the Return Policy will result in a permanent account ban, and we will contest with courier POD + tracking as proof of delivery.
