Refund and Returns Policy

Section A: Made-to-order products
There is no return or refund policy for customised products, such as electrical panels, sheet metal components, precast concrete products, storage rack solutions, medical lab items, e-house, and wooden items. These are NOT covered by this policy. Delivery terms for those are stated in your quotation/Proforma Invoice.
Section B: Shop products
Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for certain reasons, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy. The refund and return policy for shop items only is as follows:
Returns:
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Important: Due to the nature of our business and the fact that many products are globally sourced and imported, returns are not accepted once the order has been placed.
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• Product received is damaged or defective
• Product received differs from the description on the website
• Wrong product delivered or incorrect quantity supplied
• Missing parts or accessories
You can return your purchase within 2 days after you receive your item on our website. You will need to provide proof of damage or a wrong product received in the form of image(s) within the return window.
We will review your request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@simartech.com.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received a wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted. Make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 21 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 21 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return. Cases Where Reverse Pickup Is Not Available
In cases where reverse pickup service is not supported by our logistics partner, customers may be required to ship the product on their own after approval of the return request.
