Marketing cum HR Executive

We require a Marketing Executive who is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales growth. It is an office sitting job.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase brand visibility.
• Coordinating Recruitment process-Source/Shortlist/Hire Formalities
• Marketing- Handle all Marketing Activities and communications.
• Manage orders: Oversee the planning and execution of purchase orders and selling orders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: 12th pass or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: Proven experience in marketing roles is preferred.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas.

Salary:
10-20k, depending upon experience
